one of my all time favorite smoothies! So simple and tastes like heaven!
Especially when I am tired in the afternoon and I would like to go to gym it is a perfect pre-workout smoothie: full of good nutrients, fast saturation and a power booster!
If I am in a hurry it is a nice way to get a breakfast to go in a jar.
On weekends I turn the smoothie into a creamy breakfast bowl with a lot of toppings and fruits (:
so let’s go! make a shot of coffee and mix all ingredients together in a blender. if you want it more special, you can also add some salt, vanilla, maca, cacao nibs or hemp seeds. and if you want it extra cold, just add some ice cubes!
