I have a new obsession. Making vegan handcrafted cheese is everything! 
If you ever start doing vegan cheese by yourself, it could end up in a long time relationship… maybe a true lovestory! 
It even might be possible that there’ll follow a lot of more vegan cheese recipes here on the blog, but let’s start with this one. It is an easy peasy recipe for cheese beginners, but tastes like heaven. 

All you need: 
300g soaked cashews (over night)
juice of 1/2 lemon
1tsp mustard
1tsp miso paste
1tsp soy sauce
1tsp olive oil
5 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 garlic glove
spices of your choice: kurkuma, salt, pepper, orange blossoms, fennel,..
spices to roll: flowers spice, orange blossoms, fennel, dried herbs

How to do: 
1. Soak the cashews over night in water
2. Mix the soaked cashews and all other ingredients together until the cream is very smooth.
3. Take a round jar, wrap it with clingfilm and put the cream into it.
4. Put it in the fridge for about 24h hours for the right texture.

Best part: enjoy the cheese with gratitude 🙂
