Today is the day. I will share one of my all time favorites and old-fashion cookie recipes. Whenever I have not that much time in the kitchen, but crave for something sweet it is the right choice to bake classic almond vanilla chocolate chip cookies
I am such a sweet tooth and always in a mood for something sweet. To find balance, I always prefer natural sweetness and vegan food. The benefit of this special treat is, that the sweetness is not from industrial sugar, but the ingredients are all natural, vegan and filling.

Ingredients
1 cup oats
3/4 cup fresh shredded almonds
1/2 cup shredded coconuts
1/2 cup soaked dates
3 Tbsp flaxseeds
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
3-4 Tbsp coconut sugar
(date sirup for more sweetness)
3 Tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla, cinnamon, pinch of salt
a pinch of baking powder
chocolate chips

Instruction
1. Preheat oven to 180C
2. Mix all dry ingredients {except of the chocolate chips} together in a blender
3. Add all the other ingredients {except of the chocolate chips}  and blend it too
4. Combine the chocolate chips to the bulk
5. Shape some cookies and put them on the baking sheet
6. Bake the cookies for about 10-15 minutes until they look gold

hint: enjoy some cookies with gratitude and plantbased cinnamon milk.
