So here is a little reminder – 10 steps to more self love
forgive yourself, forgive the past, forgive everything. Don’t regret anything but grow further. Find beauty in imperfectness and acknowledge your own decisions at every time.

eat organic, pure vegetables and fruits, go to a yoga class, drink a lot of fresh water, get enough sleep, do more sports and treasure yourself.
5. change your priorities
give life a deeper meaning and forget about superficial body perception. There are so many more exciting things in life than craving for the perfect body or criticize ourselves.
6. trust yourself and your intuition
don’t let others influence your own decisions, trust yourself and learn to say no sometimes.
7. avoid comparing with others and accept yourself
in nowadays society it is so easy to compare ourself with others. Be aware and try to stop making comparisons, but find more acceptance in yourself and your own preferences.
8. get in touch with nature
find inspiration in mother nature, feel the pure and raw earth and clean your mind.
9. spend time with yourself
take time for some moments with yourself and do something you love. Be creative, paint, photograph, read, go to the cinema, go for a walk, cook a big dinner, travel, go to an exhibition,…
10. you are enough
it is not relevant to buy more make up, clothing or go to the hairdresser two times a month. Accept your nature self and find pure love in your body and mind. Try to find beauty in yourself and not in consumption to enhance yourself.
